The Pro1040 Colour Label Printer offers professional four colour narrow-format printing across a range of different label media provided by DTM Print.
The Pro1040 is ideal for medium to large run printing and provides high quality colour labels on demand, without the need to purchase pre-printed label stock. Ideally suited to brand owners and print houses, the Pro1040 Colour Label Printer is designed to print any quantity from a single label to many thousands. Only print what you need reducing wastage and saving valuable time and budget. Without white colour option, but with the same High Definition Colour printing and digital LED technology as OKI’s Pro1050, the Pro1040 brings creative printing to life with vibrant colours and high quality output at 1200 dpi.

DTM LF140e Label Finishing System

It can be used to handle all the operations involved including unwinding the pre-printed rolls, laminating and digital contour cutting, waste matrix removing, slitting and rewinding the finished rolls. Pre-printed rolls with a media width between 100 mm (3.94″) and 140 mm (5.51″) and a maximum roll diameter of 200 mm (7.87″) can be processed making it the ideal addition for all types of roll printers, such as the inkjet printer LX2000e from Primera Technology, Inc. or the toner-based LED printer OKI Pro1050.
Noteworthy is the optical black mark registration through an integrated camera and LED spotlight, which guarantees an accurate repetitive precision even with complex cuts.
In addition, the control unit of the DTM LF140e really stands out. With the integrated 11.6″ touch screen all functions and processes can be controlled. Also included are numerous connections such as USB, Ethernet and also WLAN connectivity for accessing external cutting jobs.

RW-7EU Label winder
Made in Germany, these label dispensers and rewinders are equipped with a 2 mm diameter steel case with a fixed linear drive and a robust mandrel.
It can hold rolls weighing up to 30 kg, with a width of 288 mm, a core of 76 mm and a maximum outside diameter of 330 mm.

With a maximum speed of up to 330 mm per second, they can be used with virtually any digital printer on the market.
