FARGO / HID Global Card Printer Service Technician - Specialist - Prague 4
Job description:
• service work on the printers of the world-famous manufacturer and innovator FARGO / HID GLOBAL, implementation, installation, warranty and post-warranty reparation, new appliances commisioning, getting to know new products all the time
• negotiation with domestic subscribers / customers, handling with complaints
• communication with technical support of the above-mentioned supplier
• participation in printer manufacturer technical training and training by a qualified person
We require:
• technical education (high school / university)
• technical skills and abilities
• basic knowledge of Windows
• welcome is: basic knowledge of graphic programs such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW
• English writing on a communicative level
• ability to present products
• pleasant and professional performance
• active driving license type B
• hard-working and stress resistant personality

• creation of graphic designs for cards, labels, etc.
• customer and client support
• product management in IS ABRA, e-shop and website
